The blues never felt so good. This blueberry coconut smoothie cheered me right up and kept me powered throughout the day thanks to the protein packed into this baby. I topped mine with sunflower seeds because I was craving a little salty with my sweet, but pick your own favorite toppings, and be sure to take pics and let me know what you think!

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup frozen blueberries

1 frozen banana 

1/2 cup fresh baby spinach

1 cup coconut milk (more or less depending on how thick you like your smoothie) 

1 scoop Moon Juice Blue Adaptogen Protein Powder (or your protein powder of choice)

1 scoop Natural Force Marine Collagen

1 tbsp almond butter 

1 tsp Sun Potion Tocos 

1 tsp bee pollen (optional) 

Ice cubes (as needed) 

Blend, blend, blend, and enjoy! 

Topped with sunflower seeds, granola and a few fresh blueberries.
